Turn to the trusted ADRC programs for new ideas and practical strategies to improve or maintain your health. Many of the programs offered are evidence-based and all have trained facilitators. In some cases, the facilitators have the same health conditions and goals as you.

Now learn how! ADRC prevention classes put you in the driver’s seat, letting you be in control of your well-being, chronic condition, or the diagnosis of a loved one. Many participants have commented that you will be among peers and in a safe and comfortable environment during all of these classes.

Looking for all of our healthy living programs? Whether it’s Stepping On to help reduce your risk of falls, exercise classes such as Chair Yoga or Jin Shin Jyutsu to help strengthen your body and soul, Healthy Living with Diabetes to help you manage your, or a loved one’s, diabetes or pre-diabetes, or the ever-popular Powerful Tools for Caregivers that can teach strategies for taking care of yourself while caring for an adult with special health or behavioral needs. These groups and classes are a great way to make new connections, reduce stressors in your life, and pave the way for a better tomorrow. Make the new year a year to get involved and active!
