A brain check-up is a wellness tool that helps identify changes in memory and cognition. It is a brief series of questions followed by a conversation regarding the results.
If you are no longer able to attend the class(es) you are registered for, please give us a call at (920) 448-4300 to cancel. This helps us to ensure we have an accurate number of attendees as well as allowing us to fill your spot if there is a waitlist for the class. Thank you!
