Green Bay West Rotary & Curative Connections

The Green Bay West Rotary Club, in cooperation with Curative Connections, is embarking on an ambitious program to transport individuals over the age of 60 to COVID vaccination sites. Rotary Rides will provide free transportation services to seniors through Curative Connection’s Transportation Services. The Club hopes to fund over 500 rides.

Eligible individuals must be age 60+, from the local area, and have their vaccination appointment scheduled with a local healthcare provider. The individuals cannot be living in a nursing home or assisted care facility. Individuals who are part of Family Care or IRIS are not eligible for Rotary Rides. Rides are provided to and from a residence to the vaccination site.

Interested individuals or organizations should contact Curative Connections (920) 227-4272 for more information or to reserve a ride.

Please note: Rides are being offered during regular business hours only, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If you have an afternoon appointment, you must be finished with your appointment, called in, and ready to go by 4 p.m.

If you need assistance once your arrive at your destination, a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) will be required to ride with you. Your PCA can ride free of charge.
