Ways to get involved from home:
Decorate meal bags
Want a way to put a guaranteed smile on someone’s face? Decorate some meal bags!
We serve over 500 meal recipients each day and have had an overwhelming response that the decorated meal bags brighten their day even more. Many customers even keep the bags to share with others or hang in their homes.
Bag Decorating Guidelines:
- Get creative! The more time and creativity that go into a bag, the more joy it brings.
- No stick-on decorations (glitter, sequins, etc) that may fall into the food.
- No religious messages/images out of respect for customers with different beliefs.
- Colored pencils and markers work best.
- Theme/Decoration Ideas – Holidays, seasonal, Happy Birthday, inspirational quotes, feel-good messaging, fun facts, jokes/riddles, games, artwork, etc.
