The following eligibility numbers went into effect beginning October 1, 2020:

Income limit: Gross income is less than or equal to 200% FPL or, if gross income exceeds 200% FPL, the net income of the EBD household is less than or equal to 100% of the FPL.

Asset limit: The is NO ASSET LIMIT for households with gross income less than or equal to 200% FPL; for households qualifying via net income, there is a household asset limit of $3,500.
