Topic: Immune Boosting – Nutrition During Cold & Flu Season
- Description: The winter months are especially important months to include foods that will boost your immune system to help ward off sicknesses. Many cold and flu viruses circle around testing our immune system strength! Join us to learn more about how Nutrition can help keep you healthy this cold and flu season.
- If you’re under 60, you are welcome to join us for $11.35.
