StrongBodies Info Session:
Learn about the Strong Bodies program and try out some exercises to help build and maintain your strength. StrongBodies is a beginner-level strength training program led by certified facilitators.
The 8-week exercise program provides numerous benefits, including increased strength, muscle mass, bone density, and improved ability to perform daily activities. Each exercise has modifications to accommodate different fitness levels.

If you are no longer able to attend the class(es) you are registered for, please give us a call at (920) 448-4300 to cancel. This helps us to ensure we have an accurate number of attendees as well as allowing us to fill your spot if there is a waitlist for the class. Thank you!
