An audiogram, which records your responses to different tones, speech sounds, and voices, can help us determine if a referral for further evaluation is needed.

If you are no longer able to attend the class(es) you are registered for, please give us a call at (920) 448-4300 to cancel. This helps us to ensure we have an accurate number of attendees as well as allowing us to fill your spot if there is a waitlist for the class. Thank you!
