Enjoy a gentle, mindful practice featuring stretches, yoga poses, and movements synchronized with your breath and mantra. This versatile practice can be done on the floor, sitting in a chair, or using a combination to accommodate your body’s needs. Remember to bring a water bottle and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
If you are no longer able to attend the class(es) you are registered for, please give us a call at (920) 448-4300 to cancel. This helps us to ensure we have an accurate number of attendees as well as allowing us to fill your spot if there is a waitlist for the class. Thank you!
