This 7-week Stepping On program meets once a week for adults aged 60 and older who have fallen or have concerns about falling.

During the sessions, local guest experts will provide in-depth education and answer participants’ questions.
• A physical therapist will demonstrate simple strength and balance exercises.
• A pharmacist will discuss medications known to cause falls.
• A vision expert will educate on eye conditions and assistive devices.
• And a community safety expert will address common home and community hazards.

From footwear to prescriptions, you’ll learn what increases your risk of a fall, how to avoid it, and make an individualized action plan to stay on your feet and living life the way you want.
