The goal of the Brown County Coalition for Suicide Prevention is to promote awareness of suicide as a serious and preventable public health problem. By providing education, we aim to decrease the stigma associated with mental health and suicide. Our group engages in suicide prevention strategies through grass roots efforts.

The Brown County Coalition for Suicide Prevention is comprised of individuals and organizations committed to the prevention of suicide.

Provide leadership in the development, advocacy and coordination of community strategies to prevent and end homelessness.

Membership is made up of a team of community organizations who directly or indirectly serve those who are facing the many challenges of securing housing. We provide access to these agencies through monthly coalition meetings.

Mission:
Brown County will increase access to mental health services for all populations in the county by identifying gaps and disparities and creating a common platform that mental health providers, partner agencies and stakeholders can access.

The Prevention Coalition will collaborate to develop priorities for prevention, use healthcare dollars effectively, and provide outreach to improve the quality of life in our community.

Raise awareness, develop cooperative partnerships, educate, and engage all to create a dementi friendly community that enhances quality of life. By transforming the community, we promote inclusion, reduce stigma, and instill hope.

This coalition is made of passionate individuals from many different business sectors and parts of the community. It includes representatives from ADRC, Green Bay Police Department, hospitals, assisted livings, supportive care agencies, Brown County Parks, and many more!

Project SEARCH is a business led collaboration that enables young adults with disabilities to gain and maintain employment through training and career exploration.
