ADRC of Brown County can provide in-depth assistance with resources and more. We are here to listen to your story and help you find answers and solutions. There are many reasons why you may need some extra help. Maybe you’re waiting to see if you qualify for disability benefits. Perhaps you have disability benefits but the income isn’t enough to meet your needs. Maybe you’re working but barely earning enough to get by. Fortunately, many community resources are available in Brown County to help you bridge the gap between your income and meeting your family’s basic needs.

Check out our Basic Needs – Brown County Community Resources booklet. This booklet is a great resource to have at hand. It features descriptions and contact information for individuals and services to meet basic needs such as food, shelter, childcare, employment, medical, transportation, and much more.

If you’re not finding what you’re looking for or would like to get more information, give us a call. Our Information & Assistance Specialists are available to help sort through the community resources that are available to you. They can also help by contacting other local agencies to get you connected. If you need assistance with something that is benefit-related, our Benefit Specialists help individuals with their private or government benefits. They can help explain the various types of benefits, how to access benefits, connect you to resources, assist you through the process, and advocate when necessary.

ADRC Specialists are available by phone at (920) 448-4300, by appointment at ADRC, or in your home. There is no fee for services.
