Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshops
2026 Sessions Now Scheduled!
Take care of yourself. Get a recharge and learn tools to help you focus on taking care of yourself so you can be the caregiver you want to be. There’s even a class to address the unique needs of caregivers of adult children with special needs. The workshop meets for 2 hours a week for 6 weeks. An optional 7th week is available to cover how ADRC can help you navigate your caregiver journey.

As our population ages, caregivers are facing increasing demands and challenges. Bradford and Theis shared valuable insights on the realities caregivers face and the resources available to support them.
Teri Bradford serves as the Caregiver Specialist at the Aging and Disability Resource Center, while Josh Theis is the Executive Director of Options for Independent Living. Together, they are dedicated to improving the lives of caregivers and those they serve in Brown County.
