Do I need a reservation?
No reservations necessary for persons registered as diners at ADRC Community Café on Adams Street. Reservations are required for Curative Connections Dining Site.
Can I sign up online?
Yes! Please fill out the form below to sign up for the ADRC Community Café.
What’s the Cost?
Fill out the dining membership form to help us learn a little about you and to tap into a grant to provide lunch at a $5 contribution to persons age 60 and older. Anyone under age 60 can enjoy this full course meal for $13.39. (cost).
