Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshops
2026 Sessions Now Scheduled!
Take care of yourself. Get a recharge and learn tools to help you focus on taking care of yourself so you can be the caregiver you want to be. There’s even a class to address the unique needs of caregivers of adult children with special needs. The workshop meets for 2 hours a week for 6 weeks. An optional 7th week is available to cover how ADRC can help you navigate your caregiver journey.

- Improve communication
- Set goals
- Cope with anger, guilt, and depression
$35 Suggested Donation – covers all materials (scholarships available)

- Enjoy a complimentary photo of you and your loved one, as well as light refreshments
Adaptive wheelchairs and volunteers will be on-site to assist as needed to enable all to enjoy the garden.
