You Can Help Prevent a Fall * On average, 33 falls a day are reported by Brown County ERs, hospitals, and local EMS (excluding Urgent Care & Clinic settings) but we can work together to prevent them! There are steps we can take to reduce our risk of falling as we age. It starts with believing we can and finding the resources we need to make changes to keep us safe! ### Upcoming Fall Prevention Classes & Workshops ### Feet First: Reduce Your Risk of Falling Do you know someone who has recently fallen and incurred a serious injury? Learn why community professionals are partnering to help older adults reduce their falls risk. Together, we’ll help you minimize your chances of a fall by looking at risk factors and talking about tips and resources available in your community. **Tuesday, June 16, 2026** 10 – 11 am at ADRC **Register by calling ADRC at 920-448-4300** ### **Walk With Ease** The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.
